Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Custom and made‑to‑order items may require a little extra processing time, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.​
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Butler Shirts & More, every order is crafted with care to ensure you receive high‑quality apparel you can be proud of. Because many of our items are custom‑designed specifically for each customer, we maintain the following policy:
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These products are made uniquely for you, based on your design choices, and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a like‑for‑like exchange for the same item and design.

Non‑Custom Items
For non‑custom products (if applicable), exchanges may be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
